Hey! I'm
From Tournaments ↔ To Talent — All Things Esports
I’m Tushar “OREO” Khanna — a 23-year-old esports strategist from New Delhi who has been deeply embedded in India’s gaming scene since 2018.
From founding and scaling esports orgs like LiveCraft and LoopStorm Gaming to launching early experiments like The Esports Store, my journey began in grassroots tournaments, competitive rosters, and creator ecosystems. At LiveCraft, we hit milestones like PMCO Spring Split 2020 and PMIS 2020 finals. At LoopStorm, I built both the team and tournament IPs before moving into commerce.
I later joined ForceOne Gaming, where I grew from a social media role into a head-level position—spearheading our shift into talent management and brand partnerships. That set the stage for collaborations with orgs like True Rippers, BattleMania, and LOC Esports, and brands like realme, RedBull, Monster Energy, and Facebook Gaming.
My event ops and brand work took me to large-scale productions like the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown, BMSD S1 (aired on Star Sports), and the India-Korea Invitational by Krafton Inc., where I served as Exhibition Manager.
In 2023, I transitioned into marketing through WeSocializeU, following an acq-hire of ForceOne’s creator division. There, I led creator-first campaigns blending esports credibility with influencer performance. I then built the marketing vertical at 7Heaven Creatives—turning it into their most profitable arm before exiting to pursue my next chapter.
This space is dedicated to, celebrate my roots in gaming—from tournament ops to creator collabs and brand strategy.
Whether you’re a brand, creator, or org — let’s shape what’s next in esports and beyond.
